Botanic Skin Care is the brainchild of Teresa Mundt, an aromatherapy-enthusiast, who was railroaded into producing natural skin care products by a close friend suffering severe skin sensitivities. Teresa discovered an unanticipated passion for the creation of natural skin solutions, and together with Naturopath, Herbalist and mother Avalon, developed an exceptional range of skin care products that harness the healing powers of essential oils, herbal extracts, and botanically-derived ingredients.

All Botanic Skin Care formulations contain only the best nature has to offer, including 100% pure therapeutic-grade essential oils, plant-derived oils and butters, herbal extracts, mineral clays, and natural vitamins. We also use certified organic ingredients wherever possible. Each product in the range is hand-produced in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.

We use only plant-derived preservatives in our formulas - Grapefruit Seed Extract in moisturisers, and a paraben-based extract (derived from benzoic acid from the benzoin gum tree) in masks and scrubs. These effective, natural preservatives ensure a shelf life of up to twelve months – providing products are suitably cared for. Ideally, use a clean spoon or spatula to remove product from jars.
