Q. Why are Botanic Skin Care products superior to others on the market?
A. Botanic Skin Care products do not contain artificial colours, fragrances, or preservatives, and are made entirely from botanically derived ingredients. We also use certified organic ingredients wherever possible.

Q. If your products are so superior, how can they be so affordable?
A. Unlike most skin care manufacturers, we produce Botanic Skin Care products and sell them direct to the consumer, allowing us to provide high quality products at a fraction of the price you would expect to pay through retail outlets and chain stores.

Q. What is the best way to order your products?
A. Mail order (via the Website) is the best way to purchase products. When your order is placed, your products are produced fresh and delivered to you directly.

Q. How much postage will I pay if I order online?
A. Postage charges are calculated based on destination and on the total weight of items purchased. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

Q. Can I buy Botanic Skin Care products at retail outlets?
A. Yes! We stock a limited number of retailers.

Q. Do you do Party Plan?
A. Not at this time.

Q. Do I have to keep natural skin care products in the fridge?
A. No. Your products will keep without refrigeration, providing they are not exposed to temperatures greater than 30-degrees celsius. However, if you live in a warm climate, it may help to store your products in the fridge during the hot summer months.

Q. What is the shelf life of products that contain a natural preservative?
A. Our moisturisers have a shelf life of approximately 12 months; scrubs approximately 6 months.
