Payment Options
We do not offer credit accounts to our customers. Full payment is required prior to shipment of goods.
CREDIT CARD: We accept credit card payments only via PAYPAL. No minimum purchase is required. For your own security, please DO NOT email or list your credit card details in the shopping cart Comments section.
DIRECT DEPOSIT: You may deposit funds directly into our bank account via internet banking, or
in person at any branch of the Heritage Building Society.

CHEQUE/MONEY ORDER: We happily accept payment by cheque or money order. Please make payable to ‘Botanic Skin Care’. Please note: proceeds of cheques must clear prior to shipment of your order, which may take up to 5 working days. Botanic Skin Care is not liable for any charges incurred if a cheque ‘bounces’ due to insufficient funds in customer’s account. In such circumstances any dishonour fees incurred will be charged to the customer, or referred to an external debt collection agency for recovery.

Shipping & Returns
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER: We aim to ship your order within 5 working days of receipt of payment. If for any reason there is a delay with the despatch of your order, you will be contacted immediately by phone or email.
SHIPPING COSTS & OPTIONS: All orders are sent via Australia Post Parcel Service. Orders over the value of $AUD50.00 (excluding postage) are sent via registered post, are traceable, and insured. We aim to keep postage costs to an absolute minimum. Postage is calculated on a ‘per item’ basis, and charges are as follows: 1 item $6.50, 2-4 items $8.50, 5+ items $12.00. This postage rate is automatically calculated when you place an order through our Online Shopping Cart Facility. Express postage is optional and available at a flat rate of $10.00. Please request express postage at the time of ordering. N.B. Botanic Skin Care premises is located outside the “Express Post Overnight Delivery” area and express postage may still take 2-3 days for delivery to some Australian capital cities.

ADDITIONS &/OR CHANGES TO ORDERS: You may make changes or add items to your order after it has been placed, provided you contact us within 24 hours of placing your initial order.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE: Please contact us within 5 working days if your order has been damaged in transit, or you have been provided with incorrect merchandise. A replacement will be arranged immediately.
RETURNS POLICY: We are confident that you will be delighted with your Botanic Skin Care purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied, please contact us - we will be happy to discuss any issues with you and refund the item price (excluding shipping charges) or replace goods if you advise us within 7 days of receipt. But please order carefully – we cannot issue a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind. We value your patronage and wish to make your shopping experience as pleasant and fulfilling as possible. Please let us know if anything falls short of your expectations.
Pricing
GST (Goods & Services Tax): Botanic Skin Care products are free from Goods & Services Tax. All prices listed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). No further taxes or charges are applicable, with the exception of shipping charges for postal orders.
MINIMUM ORDER: No minimum order is required.
WHOLESALE PRICES: Botanic Skin Care products are available at wholesale prices. Wholesale prices are available to retail outlets registered as a business (ABN required) and minimum order quantities may apply. If you would like to stock Botanic Skin Care products at your retail outlet, please contact us for a wholesale price list. Customers please note: while stockists are advised of Botanic Skin Care’s current recommended retail prices, they are not obligated to sell at these prices.

Product Quality: Botanic Skin Care products are handmade fresh to order, and are produced and packaged in a sterile, chemical-free environment. If for any reason a product you have ordered falls short of your expectations, please contact us as soon as you receive your order.
ALLERGIC REACTIONS: Our products are made from 100% botanically derived ingredients, and as such, allergic reactions are very rare. However, some individuals do suffer allergic reactions to natural products. Botanic Skin Care accepts no liability for any irritation or reaction caused by use of our products. If you experience any discomfort, irritation, or adverse reaction from the use of any Botanic Skin Care product DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
